Refunds & Cancellation Policy

The Beard Story® functions in such a way that its customers would never have the need to return or cancel their order. However in certain rare cases, we are always here to help.

Our first step in helping out our customers in such circumstances is formulating our cancellation and refund policies: 

Precious 24 hours: These 24 hours are precious to take your decision regarding the product. If you wish to cancel your order, you can e-mail us on support@thebeardstory.com with your order details within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Damaged products when received: We ensure sturdy and quality packaging for all our orders, however any loss or damage due to transit would be taken care of. Staying true to our promise, we would be happy to replace and refund you for the same. We request you to send images/ video of damaged product to avoid such mistakes in the future. You can email us on support@thebeardstory.com with your order details and we will take action.

Received wrong product: We trust our fulfilment process and make sure the right product reaches the right person. In the event of a wrong order received, we will make sure to ship the right order in 7-14 day’s time.

Refunds: The amount would be refunded within 5-7 working days. If the problem occurs in the refund via payment gateways, our customer care team will contact you to share NEFT/ RTGS details in order to transfer money.
